Susana María Valdivé Lunar, an independent professional operating under the Susana Valdivé brand, is responsible for processing personal data collected through this website and the SV Strategic Portfolio intake.

2. Personal data we collect

Through the intake we may collect: full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, brand or business name, current website, business type, requested website type, responses about needs and reasons for applying, as well as technical attribution data such as UTM parameters, source URL, campaign identifiers and, when measurement is authorized, identifiers related to Meta Pixel/Conversions API.

We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include health, biometric, financial, religious, political, sexual or other sensitive information in open form fields.

3. Purposes of processing

• Register and evaluate your application to the SV Strategic Portfolio.
• Contact you to communicate whether your project was selected or requires a different proposal.
• Send confirmation that your application was received.
• Follow up on a potential engagement and, if you accept a spot, provide the contracted services.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and spam and maintain website security.
• Maintain administrative evidence of the intake and respond to requests related to your data.

Optional measurement purposes

With your authorization, we use Meta Pixel and, when enabled, Meta Conversions API to measure visits and applications, attribute results to advertising campaigns and optimize ads. You may decline this measurement without preventing your application.

4. Cookies, Meta Pixel and service providers

This website may use local storage technologies and necessary cookies to remember privacy preferences and operate form functions. If you accept measurement, Meta Platforms, Inc. may receive event data —for example, visits or completion of an application— and, when advanced matching is enabled, normalized or transformed contact information for matching, measurement and attribution purposes.

We may also rely on hosting, infrastructure and email providers that process information on our behalf to deliver the service. Part of the technical processing may occur outside Mexico depending on the technology services used.

5. Retention

Applications that are not selected may be retained for a maximum period of 6 months for administrative management, duplicate prevention and clarification requests, unless you request deletion earlier or a legal obligation requires retention. If an engagement exists, data related to the commercial relationship may be retained for the periods necessary to meet contractual, tax, administrative or legal obligations.

6. ARCO rights and revocation

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as request revocation of consent or limitation of the use/disclosure of your data, by emailing [email protected] with the subject “ARCO Rights”.

Include your name, a means to receive a response, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved, as well as sufficient documentation to verify your identity when necessary. Under applicable law, the decision will be communicated within the corresponding legal period and, where appropriate, implemented within the subsequent period provided by law.

8. Competent authority

Current Mexican law assigns oversight and protection functions regarding personal data held by private parties to the Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Government, without prejudice to any other applicable legal remedies.
